Overtime Rules in Saudi Arabia

Standard working day is 8 hours, maximum 48 hours per week.
During Ramadan, Muslim employees work 6 hours per day maximum.
Regular overtime is paid at 150% of the hourly rate.
Work on public holidays is paid at 200% of the hourly rate.
Maximum working day including overtime is 12 hours.
Overtime must be mutually agreed — employers cannot compel unlimited overtime.
