Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities • Supervise Safety Officers and support the implementation of HSE programs across project sites • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments • Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE standards • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented • Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness sessions • Coordinate safety training programs and emergency response activities • Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site • Prepare HSE reports, records, and safety documentation • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project management regarding safety matters • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the workplace Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • Minimum 7 years of HSE experience, including 5 years in Oil & Gas industry • Saudi Aramco Approved Contractor Safety Officer • Certifications in OSHA / NEBOSH / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 • Strong knowledge in risk assessment, HSE compliance, safety inspections, and incident investigations • Good command of English communication and reporting Location : Saudi Arabia
