Job Title: Real Estate / Construction / Property Specialist Company: Reignite Technologies Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (hourly) Rate: SAR 45–90 per hour (depending on experience) About Us Reignite Technologies delivers integrated solutions across real estate, construction, and property management—combining technical expertise with market insight to deliver fit-for-purpose assets and maximize asset value. Role Overview We are seeking a versatile Real Estate / Construction / Property Specialist to manage property portfolios, support construction delivery, and coordinate leasing, asset maintenance, and stakeholder engagement across projects. Key Responsibilities • Oversee property and asset management activities including lease administration, tenant liaison, and facilities coordination. • Support construction and fit-out projects: coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules. • Prepare and review project documentation: scope of work, contracts, tender packages, and as-built records. • Conduct site inspections, condition surveys, and oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventive programs. • Manage budgeting for property operations, track expenses, and support cost-control initiatives. • Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement for contracts, renewals, and vendor management. • Support property acquisition/due diligence activities and prepare technical assessments and feasibility inputs. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and HSE requirements. • Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, occupancy, maintenance status, and project progress. • Drive continuous improvement and value-add initiatives across assets. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field. • Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in real estate, property management, or construction coordination. • Knowledge of leasing, facilities management, construction processes, and local building regulations. • Experience with tendering, contract administration, and vendor management. • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage. • Proficiency with property/asset management systems or MS Office; familiarity with basic financial reporting. • Valid driving license preferred.
