The Role
A leading construction organisation is seeking a QA/QC Manager to take ownership of quality assurance and quality control across major project delivery. This role sits within a high-performing projects function and reports into senior project leadership, playing a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.
This is a key appointment for an individual who can combine technical rigour with operational leadership, driving best practice across site activities, systems, and stakeholder engagement.
You will lead the development and implementation of project-wide quality management systems, ensuring alignment with both internal standards and client expectations. Working closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors, you will embed robust QA/QC processes across all phases of delivery.
The role requires a hands‑on approach to inspections, audits, and compliance, alongside a strategic mindset to continuously improve processes, introduce new technologies, and enhance overall quality performance across projects.
You will also play a central role in stakeholder management, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants while acting as the focal point for all quality‑related matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of project quality management plans across multiple construction packages
• Oversee site‑based quality control activities, including inspections across civil, mechanical, and electrical works
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA/QC processes, systems, and reporting
• Coordinate final inspections and handover processes in collaboration with clients and consultants
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams to strengthen quality awareness and delivery standards
• Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring accurate testing, compliance, and continuous improvement of procedures
• Produce regular reporting on QA/QC performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and improvement areas
Candidate Profile
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in QA/QC leadership within large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements within Saudi Arabia
• Track record of implementing and improving quality systems within complex project environments
• Experience working closely with contractors, consultants, and client teams on major developments
• Strong communication skills in English, with Arabic advantageous
