QA/QC Welding Inspectors and Piping Inspectors are responsible for ensuring that all welding, piping, fabrication, and installation activities on Oil & Gas projects are completed according to Aramco standards, project specifications, international quality codes, and safety regulations. Their duties include inspecting welding procedures, monitoring fabrication and piping installation work, verifying materials, checking pipe alignment and dimensions, reviewing technical drawings and WPS/PQR documents, conducting visual inspections, coordinating and witnessing NDT activities such as RT, UT, MT, and PT, and ensuring that all work meets QA/QC requirements before approval. They are also responsible for preparing inspection reports, maintaining quality documentation, identifying defects or non-conformities, and coordinating corrective actions with engineers, supervisors, and project teams. Candidates must ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintain accurate records, and support project completion within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge of piping systems, welding methods, inspection techniques, and Oil & Gas industry practices. Experience in Aramco projects is preferred, along with certifications such as CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II. The position is site-based in Saudi Arabia and requires teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in demanding project environments.

Experienced QA/QC professional with strong expertise in Oil & Gas projects, specializing in welding inspection, piping inspection, quality assurance, and quality control activities as per Aramco and international standards. Holds a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8–10+ years of experience in fabrication, piping installation, welding inspection, and NDT coordination. Skilled in reviewing technical drawings, WPS/PQR, isometric drawings, hydrotesting, material inspection, and ensuring compliance with safety and QA/QC procedures. Certified in CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT), with hands-on experience in monitoring site activities, preparing inspection reports, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating corrective actions with project teams. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas construction standards, piping systems, welding processes, and Aramco project requirements. Able to work effectively in fast-paced site environments, manage inspection schedules, maintain documentation accuracy, and ensure high-quality project execution while meeting deadlines and safety standards. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure on large-scale industrial projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
