Reports to: Projects Manager
NADEC is looking for a Projects Engineer to support and deliver capital and infrastructure projects across our supply chain facilities. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on project execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and working on logistics, warehousing, and utility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and utility projects across warehouses, cold storage, and distribution centers.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project activities including budgeting, tendering, contractor management, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare project schedules, track progress, manage risks, and report deviations.
• Provide technical engineering support, especially for MEP and civil works.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (incl. SFDA and governmental requirements).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, IT, Finance) and external vendors.
• Support value engineering, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in project engineering.
• Experience in FMCG, logistics, warehousing, or industrial facilities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project execution and contractor coordination.
