Skills • Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management. • Strong knowledge of digital hotel management systems (PMS, CRS, CRM). • Data analysis and performance monitoring skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to implement digital solutions to improve operational efficiency. • Experience with online reputation management and guest engagement strategies. • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation in hospitality.
