Finance Lead

We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Lead to oversee and manage the financial operations of our entities in Egypt and Saudi Arabia (KSA) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, treasury, and team leadership, with proven experience in the logistics or supply chain industry and a deep understanding of Saudi and Egyptian accounting regulations . This role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of managing multi-country accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and IFRS standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Egypt and KSA. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely closings. • Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and Saudi regulations including ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax, and Zakat. • Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities. • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners. • Lead and support the accounting team across both countries. • Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and ERP utilization. • Support management with financial insights, KPI reporting, and strategic planning. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles. • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies is highly preferred • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment • Strong understanding of • Egyptian accounting and tax regulations. • Saudi financial regulations and ZATCA requirements
