Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist /* Senior Nurse* to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is essential in providing expert clinical guidance, facilitating patient care excellence, and supporting nursing staff in delivering high standards of care. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced clinical care to patients in accordance with established protocols. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement effective patient care plans. • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed. • Mentor and train nursing staff, providing guidance on best practices and protocols. • Conduct patient assessments and deliver education on health management. • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to enhance communication and understanding. • Participate in the development of policies and procedures to improve care delivery.
