Civil Work Foreman

Supervise and direct daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Coordinate and manage on-site labor, subcontractors, and equipment to optimize workflow and productivity.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction execution and quality control.Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks to prevent accidents.Monitor material procurement and inventory, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use to avoid delays and waste.Track project progress against schedules and budgets, reporting any deviations and implementing corrective actions.Maintain clear and concise daily logs, documenting work performed, resources used, and any challenges encountered.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues and ensure project success. Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction is a plus.Relevant certifications in safety (e.g., OSHA and specific trade skills are highly desirable.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse construction crew effectively.Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction site management best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.Oversees civil works, finishing, and maintenance ensuring quality standards.
