Accounting Advisory - Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Accounting Advisory Consultant with expertise in Accounting Advisory, Cash to accrual, Bookkeeping and payroll, Corporatization and Transformation to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will collaborate with senior clients across the kingdom including: public sector, and corporates This role is especially suited for professionals with a background in finance, accounting consulting and auditing, who have contributed to strategic initiatives such as cash to accrual, restructuring finance functions, or accounting support transitions. Required Qualifications: • Arabic speaking only. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting MBA, CPA, CMA is a plus. • 7–14 years of experience in Accounting and finance consulting, or corporate transformation. • Proven experience with public sector clients in the Saudi Arabia • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly. • Advanced skills: Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel • ERP experience: Oracle and SAP To apply, please send your CV to : recruitment@rsmsaudi.com
