โขLead overall operations for a 4-star hotel property across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, security, and guest services.
โขDrive service excellence, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and brand standards aligned with 4-star hospitality expectations.
โขDevelop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, occupancy, costย control, and market competitiveness.
โขOversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, procurement, and departmental cost management.
โขProvide strategic leadership to department heads, ensuring accountability, performance development, and consistent service delivery.
โขBuild strong relationships with owners, corporate teams, vendors, travel partners, government entities, and key stakeholders in the GCC market.
โขEnsure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, hospitality policies, and risk management requirements.
โบQualifications
โขBachelorโs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
โข15+ years of progressive hotel management experience, with a strong background in 4-star hotel operations.
โขMinimum 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience in the GCC region, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
โขProven experience managing full-service hotel operations, including rooms division, food and beverage, finance, sales, and guest experience.
โขStrong knowledge of GCC hospitality standards, guest expectations, regulatory requirements, and regional market dynamics.
โขDemonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational performance improvement.
โขExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage department heads, develop teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
