HireRight Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our tech and finance clients.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipeline in ATS
Requirements:
- 2+ years recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for tech roles preferred
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000
