LogiFlow Warehousing is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage a team of 50+ staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
- Manage and train warehouse staff
- Optimize workflows and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years operations/warehouse management
- Experience with WMS software
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
