Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding - Develop HR policies and procedures - Handle employee relations and conflict resolution - Oversee payroll and benefits administration Requirements: - 5+ years HR management experience - SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred - Knowledge of employment law and compliance - Strong interpersonal and communication skills Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
