SupportHub Solutions is hiring Customer Support Specialists to provide exceptional service to our global customer base via chat, email, and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve product issues and escalate when needed
- Document interactions in CRM system
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- 1+ years customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk tools
Salary: $40,000 - $55,000
